AESI GLOBAL Series Biomass Gasifier Products: Based on a technology developed over 50 years ago by Uniconfort, an ISO 9001 company, and now exclusively fabricated by AESI in the United States, the GLOBAL Series leads the industry in accommodating biomass fuel diversity, composition, and moisture content. The system offers versatile Biomass fuel handling (wood waste, agricultural waste, manure, refuse derived fuel, industrial process waste) with an energy output range of 1.2 - 20 MMBTU/hr that includes hot water (at 203°F), saturated steam (up to 300 psig), superheated water (up to 300°F) and Thermal Oil. Electrical power can also be generated by the use of coupled Steam Turbines, Micro Steam Turbines and Organic Rankine Cycle systems.

AESI FMT Series Hot Air Generator Products: Alternative Energy Solutions International, Inc.’s FMT biomass hot air generator is ideally suited to reduce energy costs in industrial applications. Based on a technology developed over 50 years ago by Uniconfort, an ISO 9001 company, and now exclusively fabricated by AESI in the United States, the FMT Series are biomass generators which provide a steady flow of hot air for space heating. These compact units are ideal for recurring space heating situations as well as small drying requirements. The FMT high-performance hot air generator operates on solid fuels, such as sawdust, off-cuts, and chips while allowing continuous control of temperature and humidity, providing quick response time of the thermal delivery. The system offers versatile Biomass fuel handling (wood waste, densified fuel) with an energy output range of 0.2 - 2 MMBTU/hr that includes hot air.

AESI Steam Turbine Products: Providing the advantages of the best technology for 1 MWe and above, well proven/continuous electrical production and commodity technology. The system requires high pressure dry steam, increased operation code requirements and boiler feedwater treatment. The system experiences water losses due to evaporation and laborious start/stop procedures. Applications consist of large scale electrical production plants with an output range of 500kWe - 5000kWe.


AESI Micro Steam Turbine Products: Providing the advantages of easy start/stop procedures, steam exit pressures suitable for industrial application, minimal space requirements and scalable for additional electrical generation. The system requires steam, increased operation code requirements and boiler feedwater treatment. Applications consist of installations in existing steam facilities and replacement of pressure reduction valves with an output range of 275kWe/unit.






AESI Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) Products: Providing the advantages of easy start/stop procedures, closed loop heating and cooling circuits, does not require steam production, environmentally friendly fluids, reduced operation code requirements and scalable for additional electrical generation. The system requires a hot water supply and a cooling source. The system provides comparatively small scale electrical generation. Applications consist of small scale electric generation, containerized as remote power generating system, schools, office buildings and small businesses with an ouput range of 10kWe-1000kWe.
